We are kicking off our Fall season with a membership meeting/picnic in the park on Sunday, September 21 from 3:00 to 6:00 (or later) Washington Park – Area D (Elephant House).

AGENDA:

• Discussion of Portland Public Schools at the beginning of this new school year.
• What should CPPS be doing about the many issues facing the schools, such as facilities changes, K-8, new curriculum, etc.
• Vote on amendments to the Board section of our Bylaws.
• Vote to fill a vacancy on our Board of Directors.
• Food, spirited conversation and fun.

Potluck high tea

Bring what you’d usually bring to a potluck. We’ll provide beverages and other accompaniments. We’re meeting right next door to the children’s playground, so bring the kids along!

If you don’t care to bring something, do come anyway. There will be plenty of food for everyone.
